We loved being able to relax “at home” in the evenings, without needing to go out. Breakfast and dinners were very enjoyable, and on our final night they arranged a fun, engaging evening of live traditional music. The service was friendly and helpful, while still giving us room to relax and choose when to ask for help. We also got great suggestions for things to do nearby. Our family spent 6 nights at this outstanding property. The grounds and accommodations are beautiful and carefully restored, with thoughtful landscaping and simple but stunning decor. The quiet pool area was lovely, whether relaxing under the vines or sitting in the sun. It was one of the cleanest pools I’ve seen, and a joy to use. A perfect place to unwind. I highly recommend it if you want to relax in an authentic setting. We hope to return!

The meals were a highlight for us. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavour, the menu changes daily, and prices are very reasonable. I’d recommend staying in for dinner and enjoying the laid-back atmosphere. The team also made exploring easier with great tips about nearby restaurants, beaches and parking. We stayed in room 121, which was gorgeous, comfortable, peaceful and beautifully designed. From the moment we arrived at Masseria Ayroldi, the place put us at ease with its warmth and charm. Everyone, from reception and the restaurant to the owners, was kind, attentive and made us feel like we’d come back somewhere familiar. There’s a real family feeling here. The thoughtful service made the stay special, and we can’t wait to return.

We loved how much character the well-kept grounds had, and how the renovation preserved the place’s historical beauty. After looking at venues around Puglia, Masseria Ayroldi was the last one we visited. As soon as we arrived, we knew it was where we wanted to celebrate our wedding with friends and family. Alessandro and Anna were so helpful and attentive throughout, from planning months ahead to looking after our guests during their three-day stay. Breakfast had a great selection each morning, and the food at the relaxed dinner we hosted on our final evening was great too. A huge thank you to Debora and Giuseppe for everything and for letting us have the best three days of our lives!

The staff were so welcoming and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Roberta especially pampered us. The breakfasts were included, and each evening brought a surprise farm-to-table catered dinner. We enjoyed both daytime and evening by the beautiful pool. The setting and decor are magical, and the location is convenient for day trips around the area. We loved the place so much that we added another night to our stay. Thank you all for having us. I’ll recommend it to all our friends visiting Puglia.
