We had a very relaxed, quiet three-night stay in room Lampone at this Masseria. Everyone was genuinely friendly, but after breakfast we didn't see anyone for the rest of the day. We had hoped for more passion in how the place is run, especially given the amazing infrastructure and the excellent attention to detail in its design. There are a few things that could add a lot: a warmer welcome, since we were suddenly asked to pay the deposit in cash; perhaps a small surprise in the room; some background music at breakfast; and a way to get a drink or snack during the day. The historic cellar is amazing and could be used for a wine tasting or another activity, or the area could be promoted. The swimming pool and whirlpool were cold. The wifi didn't work in our room, and mobile reception was poor because of the isolated location. The air conditioning was also too noisy, though those felt like smaller issues. Even so, staying here is worthwhile. We think it could be even better if the owners were able and willing to take it to the next level.

The pool was marvellous, and the host was wonderful. We loved the attractive landscaped gardens and the great views. A fantastic place to unwind, with beautiful accommodation, great design throughout, and friendly, helpful staff.

The rooms were spacious and super comfortable, and cleanliness was impeccable. This Masseria sits in an enchanting setting, a lovely escape from the everyday bustle. The owners were kind and helpful, and Mrs. Franca was professional. Their attention to detail and excellent service made us feel welcomed and pampered. We'll definitely come back. Highly recommended 😍😍😍

Breakfast was fantastic, with homemade products that were nothing short of exceptional, and everything was impeccably clean. From the moment we arrived, we could see how much care and passion the owners and staff put into this beautiful residence. Mr. Umberto and Mrs. Caterina greeted us warmly and elegantly, and Mrs. Franca helped make the whole stay perfect. We'll be back soon.
