The restaurant serves excellent food, and its olive oil, made from the owner’s own olive plantations, was an absolute delight. I’d gladly return to this wonderful hotel. The rooms are spotless and comfortable, the service is attentive, and reception is always friendly and helpful. The bar is pleasant too, and the spa team are very friendly with outstanding massages. The location also makes it easy to enjoy the surroundings.

The staff, from reception through breakfast and housekeeping, were warm and attentive and made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding, with lots of delicious choices, and the waiters were kind, smiling, and attentive. There’s even a gelateria in the hotel, which was a real treat. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable mattresses, perfectly working air conditioning, and a fresh smell. They also provide adaptive foam pillows, a small detail that made a big difference. The hotel is spotless and beautifully maintained, with thoughtful touches throughout, including quality bath and shower products with a refined scent. It’s very comfortable, and there’s a lovely spa and massage center for unwinding. I recommend it 300% to anyone staying in Ostuni. You’ll feel at home as soon as you arrive.

The road noise kept waking us and made it impossible to sleep. The bed was small and uncomfortable too. The rooms were dirty and small, and the mini bar was very limited, with all the drinks past their expiry date and dirty. The hotel feels dated and the breakfast was awful. At €270 per night, isn't it fair to expect a lot more?

We had such a lovely time here for my husband's birthday. The hotel is cosy, the spa was nice, and lunch was good too. The staff were so welcoming, and it's right by the old town. We'd happily come back.
