The room was damp, dirty, and full of mosquitoes, and the customer service was nonexistent. The toilet flooded the room. Instead of sending someone to inspect and fix it, the host asked what the problem was. There was clearly a plumbing issue, and the shower drain was blocked. Absolutely horrendous accommodation, not fit for purpose. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Relais Patriaca is a huge, beautiful place, with lovely interiors and even more interesting outdoor spaces. We had everything we needed and then some. Our two medium-sized dogs were happy and comfortable too. It's an easy walk to the center, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and local spots. We had such a fabulous stay that we even talked about possibly getting married there while relaxing on the hammock and enjoying the views. From our first call to ask about the place, through the smooth check-in and checkout, we felt the owners' care and attention to detail. They personally brought over a thoughtful, tasty aperitivo and breakfast, and our accommodation was clean and comfortable. We definitely recommend it!

We left with warm croissants waiting for us, a lovely touch not everyone would think of. The owners were very kind and professional, and made our stay pleasant. The only drawback was the road beside the property, which was a bit too noisy. It's well placed at the edge of Ostuni town centre, near the attractions and shops. The service was very attentive, and the cottages were tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The stone buildings have the charm of trulli, with a beautiful, well-kept garden and a swimming pool.
