The manager made our stay at Sole In Me unforgettable. He was genuinely caring, thoughtful about the details, and went out of his way to help. He shared great local suggestions and even called places himself to arrange reservations for us. We had a fantastic time, and would highly recommend the hotel for its beautiful setting and exceptional service.

We only came to Sole In Me for lunch, but had an amazing time. The owner was so kind and attentive to the details, and his genuine care made the visit feel special. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience.

The coastside location, lovely outdoor pool and friendly breakfast staff were the highlights for me. The stay itself was very disappointing, especially for the price and the way the hotel markets itself. On our first night we were given the wrong room, one intended for disabled guests, and it was dirty, particularly the bathroom. Reception said there'd been a misunderstanding and moved us to another room the next day. They offered no compensation. I expected better from a five star hotel that cares about its reputation. When I asked, I got excuses that didn't sound professional, followed by an offer of a free lunch, which seemed ridiculous when we were about to leave. The second room was better, but its bathroom water wouldn't heat properly, and the room phone couldn't reach reception. The price is far too high for what's offered. I've stayed in many five star hotels, and this doesn't measure up. Other hotels offer more for half the price. I wouldn't return or recommend staying here.

The staff were very sweet and kind, and the hotel has a lovely setting by the sea. The rooms were clean, though a little cramped because the furniture was laid out strangely. It was October, and the hotel seemed to be winding down for the season. Things felt rushed: sunbeds were taken away while we were by the pool, there was little lemon so hardly any cocktails were available, and both the menu and breakfast had very limited choices. We had to ask for toilet paper because they kept forgetting to replace it each morning. It felt like they were using up what was left from summer and didn't want to restock for autumn guests. There was no hotel entertainment either, again because it was October and they seemed ready to close things down. This place has the makings of something great, but the attention to detail isn't there. Maybe it's much better in summer.
