Our stay at UNICO was lovely, and we'd definitely come back. The rooms were good quality and very clean. The manager was flexible about check-in and waited for us, then had a lovely chat with us when we arrived and made us feel welcome. Because of COVID, breakfast was served at a nice cafe, and it was really nice too.

I really liked the welcoming owner and would stay here again. Breakfast is included, and the ground floor has a beautiful lounge with a TV and computer for guests, plus a kitchen and coffee machine. The rooms feel youthful and smart, with TVs, and were spotless. The bathrooms are functional and the showers are excellent. Entry is by code, with a card to unlock each room. My only small suggestion is to add a mini-fridge in the rooms, so there's cold water available on muggy evenings. It's a lovely B&B just steps from the historic centre, and I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, about 10 minutes from the centre. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we slept great. The pillows were very comfortable, although I found the bed a bit too soft. The exposed shower is nice for a couple, but not so much if you're sharing with friends. Recommended!

We had a spacious, modern room with tasteful decor and a balcony, which was a nice bonus. Online check-in made arrival easy, and we could get into the room automatically. Breakfast was included in the price even though the description doesn't mention it. It was a typical Italian breakfast, with coffee, juices, and assorted pastries. My only disappointment was the lack of a minibar. It would have been really useful to have cold drinks in the room.

The rooms were very nice and the service was very good. Breakfast, though, was very basic. We had a broken toilet seat, and the shower was clogged and flooded. Parking was difficult too, with very narrow streets that were hard to navigate and street spaces not easy to find.
