The villa itself is lovely for a family, with two separate living areas and a nice pool between them. But our stay was let down by a lot of small things that needed attention. We arrived late after a flight, something they knew, yet were charged an unnecessary 11pm check-in fee when a key could simply have been left. The bins by the front gate were overflowing, and we were told to take our rubbish to Ostuni ourselves. There was only one wine glass in the main villa, with a few more in the annex, and just one bottle of water in the fridge, nothing to eat despite our late arrival. The annex had no hot water, and WiFi didn't work in either building. The pool was nice but needed cleaning, with green slime around the edges. There were leaking taps and a broken toilet seat, and the only comfortable place to sit in the main villa was the kitchen table. Some care and attention to detail could fix these issues. This villa needs owners who care about their guests.
