We only had four nights in the Otranto area, but after such a wonderful first meal at Pietragrande, we went back for a second dinner. The food was fantastic, from the savory zeppoli and assorted antipasti to Nonna's handmade pasta and the mixed grill. We couldn't pick a favorite bite. More than anything, we loved spending time with Maria, Angelica, and Nonna. They were so warm, welcoming, and generous that it felt like being with family, and we didn't want to leave. Their care for their traditions, craft, and hospitality came through at the table and in every delicious homemade dish. I can't praise them enough, and wholeheartedly recommend visiting this lovely family. We hope to return someday.

We enjoyed two nights in a row of wonderful home-cooked meals on the patio, a welcome escape from the tourist traps nearby. All three generations of the family were so hospitable. This is a truly authentic agriturismo.

The signature Antipasti was especially good, really, really good. It's a delicious restaurant, family-owned, with a grandfather and grandmother as the chefs. The food is great and the prices are reasonable.

The food was amazing, one of the best meals we've had in Italy. This family business made us feel at home, and you can tell every detail is handled with a lot of love. The staff are extremely nice and do such a great job.
