We visited in early July and appreciated the quiet, private atmosphere and the generous space throughout. The property is surrounded by greenery and just a short walk from the sea, with Torre dell'Orso and Otranto among the better-known beaches you can drive to easily. Germana looked after guests’ needs, and breakfast each morning had quality sweet and savory options. The elegant setting has careful touches everywhere, from the clean room and practical furnishings to the complimentary bathroom toiletries.

Germana was a wonderful host and paid attention to every last detail. We were so pleased with everything that we’ll return as soon as we can. The shower was large, just how we like it, and the room was spotless. Breakfast was abundant and excellent, with homemade local pastries and cakes alongside various savory specialties, all made by Mrs. Germana using local products.

Breakfast was generous, with a lovely range of sweet and savory things that Mrs. Germana makes herself. Guests can even take away anything they haven’t finished in the paper bags provided. The hospitality was much appreciated, thank you, and well done! The countryside setting gives the place a peaceful feel. The rooms are simple but carefully maintained, with details that reflect Salento tradition, including embroidered sheets and a carved wooden headboard with striking LED lights. The cleanliness was excellent.

I only arrived two days ago, and already feel more relaxed after a year of intense work. This was just what I needed. Everything feels perfect, so there’s not much to describe, but breakfast deserves a mention for being exceptional. The wonderful shower is another highlight, just the thing after a day at the beach. Well done, Germana, and also to her husband, even if he stays behind the scenes.
