This review is only about camping in a tent. I can see why people like Salos, and the bungalows look nice. The restaurant area looks good too, and the croissants were tasty. The camping area has big trees and lots of shade. There’s also a place to charge EVs. We planned to stay several nights, but left after just one. Casamar, a club about 1 kilometer away, was extremely loud. There was dance music all day at a pool party, a pounding beat through the night, and fireworks at 1 AM. We were there in early September. The car rule also seemed wildly ridiculous. If you sleep in a campervan, you can drive it to your camping pitch. But if you’re in a tent, even one just 2 meters from a campervan, you can’t bring your car onto the pitch. You have to carry everything from the parking area, and aren’t even allowed to pull up briefly to unload.

We had a great stay at this beautiful campsite. Our bungalow was fully equipped, the service was great, and it’s close to the beach. We also enjoyed the nice breakfast.

Michela was so kind and caring, as were all the women at reception. They gave us really useful tips about what to see and visit. The place is pleasant, clean, and quiet, and we enjoyed staying there with our camper. It’s a great base for Otranto and Lake Alimini to the south, or Sant'Andrea to the north, with its breathtaking coastal paths. Thanks so much, and we hope you always have lovely guests.

A great little campsite with plenty of shade, without being gloomy. The showers cost extra, but they’re clean, as are the loos. There’s a handy cafe selling bread, fruit, vegetables, wine, and oil. A short, flat bike ride gets you to a great beach.

Agriturismo Salos has a calm, familiar feel, and we had a wonderful time there. The staff are very kind, helpful, and generous. The camping area sits under lovely pine trees that keep it cool and shady all day, and the grounds are carefully looked after, with a beautiful green flower garden. They sell delicious local fruit and vegetables too. The beach is a ten-minute walk through the forest, and there’s a restaurant within walking distance. It’s not very central, so getting around without a car can be tricky, especially in low season when there are no public buses. The campsite lends bicycles, and hitchhiking felt easy and safe. We recommend the place!
