I felt very welcome throughout my stay. Ninni, his son Franco, and the friendly cleaning staff were kind and generous, keeping a respectful distance while still paying attention to who came and went. With a keyed street entrance and locked building and room doors, I always felt safe, and the other guests were quiet and respectful. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, and everything worked well. It had all the amenities I needed, a beautiful view, and a refreshing afternoon breeze. The location was handy for beaches, restaurants, grocery outlets, and the old town. It was easy to reach by car, with secure parking available if you have one.

Ninni and his family took such good care of me when I suddenly became ill. They helped with hospital care and follow-up appointments, and provided everything my own mother would have offered. That care was the standout part of a very well-run residence, and I’d especially recommend it to women wanting a safe, secure visit to Otranto. Apartment 6 was impeccably clean, organized, and comfortable, with a gorgeous view and huge balcony. The air conditioning and amenities were all in excellent condition. The washing machine was easy to use and quick, and parking was safe, convenient, and easy to access. The apartment is close to the old town and not far from the Italian Language School (Porta D'Oriente), which I was attending.

That week at Residence Castello Otranto felt so lovely. The place has a really special atmosphere, and the hospitality and service were outstanding. We can already picture coming back for a family holiday, and we'd love to try the one in Santa Cesaria too. Thanks again!
