4/10
The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location is great: the center and main sights are just a 5-10 minute walk away. There's convenient parking three minutes away on foot at a reduced rate. The room, number 6, was small, with only a little wardrobe, though it did have a large balcony. Cleanliness was a 7/10, and breakfast wasn't continental. The building could use some updating, but the bathroom was the real problem. I've never seen one so uncomfortable, it was impossible to use it properly. A few small improvements could make the room much more comfortable.

We stayed in August with our children and had a wonderful time. It's a small, welcoming hotel, and although it's rated two stars, it was clean and comfortable. The rooms are simple but spacious, and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Both owners were very friendly too. Highly recommended.

8/10
The rooms are large and welcoming, with air conditioning, a TV, fridge, wardrobes, and a private bathroom. The hotel is only a few steps from the center of Otranto. The two elderly people who run it are kind and thoughtful, really lovely. They also provide permits for parking in the blue spaces. I highly recommend it.

The breakfast was decent, especially the very good pasticciotto leccese, though it was a heavy one 😅. The woman serving breakfast was always happy to bring another coffee. This is an affordable, clean two-star hotel. The owners are elderly, and the receptionists are polite and friendly.

The receptionist is genuinely helpful and makes guests feel at home, and the cleaning ladies are friendly and easy to approach. Breakfast is quite good too. For a two-star hotel, it has all the essentials.
