Gaetano and Carmen made us feel like part of their family and were so helpful throughout our stay. The location is peaceful and still close to the centre. We loved the food, especially dinner, which shouldn't be missed. The rooms and grounds were clean and pleasant, and the pool was large and well maintained. We'd highly recommend staying here.

The food was a real highlight at Farmhouse La Carcara. Everything we tried came from their own organic production, with fresh, flavorful ingredients, and it was some of the best traditional Italian cooking we've had. We sampled many different dishes made with home-grown produce. Breakfast was lovely too, with a traditional Italian spread and homemade cakes to choose from. Our bungalow was in a perfect spot, peaceful and picturesque, so we could enjoy the region's natural beauty. Gaetano was polite, welcoming, and easygoing, and his hospitality made us feel at home. Staying at La Carcara was special, and we'd recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Italian hospitality and great food.

The food might have been the best we had on our trip through Apulia. It was fresh, full of flavor, and made with local ingredients. We recommend booking half board because dinner was exquisite. Our family of four stayed in the two-bedroom house beside reception, with plenty of space. Everything was very clean and the AC worked well. The family who run the farm are a big Italian family and such gracious hosts. There's a pool, chickens, cats, and a huge friendly dog named Max. You can bike to beaches like Alimini or Basia Turchi in about 25 minutes, and Otrento is six minutes away. Thanks to everyone, see you soon!

We just left la carcala and would happily come back if we're in Puglia again. The bungalow was cosy and clean, and the whole place felt like home. Breakfast had a big selection of sweet and savoury cakes. Dinner was tasty traditional food, with generous portions and great quality.

The camping area was empty and offered plenty of shade under olive trees, but the bathrooms were filthy. Both amenities blocks were so dirty they couldn't be used. We were told the cleaning woman wasn't available for some reason, and apparently nobody else could clean. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time, even though the toilets were still being used. Disgusting. We chose not to stay after calling in based on the good reviews.
