We booked a week here and paid when we arrived late in the evening. By the next morning, we’d noticed dirty areas and insects. There were woodlice, crickets, cockroaches, and other insects I hadn’t seen before, despite being from southern Italy. They became more and more numerous, including in the bed, kitchen, on the stove, and at the table. After the second night, we had to find another place to stay. The owner was not very cooperative and kept 60% of the accommodation cost. We’ve been vacationing here for 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. Conditions like these are absolutely not normal or acceptable for Southern Italy, in Salento.

We only spent one night here, though it would be ideal to stay longer. It’s a truly authentic apartment with every comfort. The owners are kind and helpful, and if you’re after peace and lots of greenery, this is definitely the place.

We needed an apartment in Otranto at the last minute and received a lovely welcome. Everything was perfect in this villa surrounded by greenery, just steps from the pine forest and very close to the sea.

I was there in July and would definitely come back. It’s a beautiful, quiet spot surrounded by greenery, with all the amenities. Mr. LUCA is a wonderful owner and happy to help when needed. He and his girlfriend also serve excellent breakfasts, with fresh, plentiful food. Thank you, LUCA.
