The room itself was clean and good, but breakfast was a huge disappointment. We were told it ran from 7 to 8 a.m. and arrived at 7:30, only to find almost nothing to eat besides cold croissants and juice. When we asked, we were told the eggs and other savory food had already run out. How does a four-star hotel end up with breakfast service like that? I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We stayed for seven nights from 05/09/2017. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and the 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. hours gave us flexibility when planning our days. The room was clean, the king-size bed very comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay without dropping. Manuela at reception was extremely helpful and friendly, and the other staff were brilliant too. My only reason for not giving five stars is that, although the Hotel is right beside Vesuvius, it doesn't provide transport there, so we had to make our own way. That was fine for us, but arranging transport could help the Hotel's bookings. We'd definitely return and recommend it. Well done to all the Staff 👍🏻.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't stay here. It was dirty and disgusting, with mold in the shower.

The staff were lovely, and breakfast was a good continental one. The room felt a bit dated, and we had to keep the curtain drawn because people could see in quite easily. I'm sure the town is livelier in summer.

The area around the hotel is nice, and inside it's clean and elegant. Staff were nice, though sometimes slow. Wi-Fi was very smooth. What really bothered us was a strange machine noise outside the window. It was very loud, even at night.
