The city view was my favorite part, and the room was lovely and spotless. The staff were genuinely friendly and put in so much effort to make our stay special. They also made some amazing dishes. Easily my favorite place.

We loved the pool, the pretty surroundings, and all the delicious food. It was also nice that the place wasn't overrun with tourists, so we could get a feel for local Italy. Your family made us feel so welcome and helped us book both Vesuvius and Pompei. The children and we are very grateful for a lovely stay. Greetings from Denmark! 😃

The recent refurbishment is the one positive thing I can say. We were the only guests there, and the staff seemed annoyed we were around, so it was hard to get a friendly smile. At 11 pm, staff were shouting loudly. The work itself looked badly done and unfinished, with electrical wires coming out of the bathroom walls. I also found a couple of dead bugs that would have been easy to remove if the bathroom had been checked properly. The sockets and telephone didn't work, and the shower wasn't appealing. Please see my review of the restaurant.

We booked on a whim while visiting the area, and my friend and I stayed for two nights less than two weeks ago. Dinner was excellent both evenings, and the welcome and service were just as good. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly. I'd happily stay here again.

The garden and the view were lovely. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and focused on good service, and the restaurant food was the best we had in Italy.
