The pool is nice, and the rooms are fairly pleasant, though the mattresses are very firm. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the kids' club has been removed. Food is mediocre at best, and the bar choices are limited. Don't expect to find gelato, tiramisu, or pizza here.

The pool is fine and the rooms are decent, but there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and the food was disappointing with very little choice. I'm a picky eater, and there wasn't even fries or pizza. The bar charges drinks to your room, and you have to sign and give your room number. My dad only ordered a few drinks, but at checkout they asked him for 50 euros. He said that wasn't his bill, yet they still charged him 4 euros more. Maybe it was a mistake, or maybe it wasn't. Either way, it shouldn't happen. Keep an eye on your orders and sign with your full name so you don't get defrauded. I'd give the hotel 3.5 stars if I could, but definitely not four.

The beach is great for small children, and we appreciated the attentive service there and the fact that there was always room for everyone. The sea is beautiful, the hotel is quiet and clean, and the pool and beach were particularly well kept. The food was excellent, especially lunch and dinner; breakfast could be better. For the price, the quality is hard to find elsewhere in Italy. The staff took care of all our requests, and we left with great memories. We returned for a second summer in a row, in 2021. Because of Covid-19 there were no weddings at the hotel, and meals were served at the table, which we found very convenient. I can't say how things were handled in 2022. We were given a different room from the one we requested, but it was larger and in a better location, so we had no complaint. It was also nice to see some of the same staff as the previous year. The restaurant organization seemed less dynamic than before, which can matter when you're with small children. The playground could be improved, since there's plenty of space. The only other thing I'd change is the large laundry bags left in front of the apartments each day; they could be removed or hidden. And the rooms are clean, though after a day at the beach it's hard to keep them tidy. I recommend the hotel if you want a peaceful stay, good food, friendly service and a clean, beautiful sea. People who complain that it's isolated because they can't walk 10 minutes to a market or the beach should stay home. After such big meals, a short walk is good anyway.

This is a terrible hotel and nowhere near four-star quality. I'm writing this at 9:45, while breakfast is being cleared away even though it's meant to run until 10. The staff are rude and the breakfast is laughable. There are ants in the rooms and our toilet flush was broken. Do yourself a favor and don't book here.
