The owner was kind and available, and I'd definitely recommend the place. The location is convenient too, with all the area's best beaches reachable within 25 minutes at most. The apartment is very large, with three simply furnished, spacious bedrooms, each with air conditioning. There are two big bathrooms with showers, plus a roomy kitchen with air conditioning, a back kitchen with a washer and dishwasher, and a bright, spacious living room.

A wonderful stay, and a heartfelt thanks to the kind owner. The apartment was new, tastefully furnished, and exceptionally clean. It has every comfort we could think of, including very comfortable mattresses, air conditioning in every room, and two large bathrooms. There's also private street parking in front of the gate. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely be back!

We stayed recently and really liked this bright, clean, well-equipped place. It's beautifully furnished and just 2 km from Marzamemi's nightlife. The owner was kind, discreet, and helpful. My compliments to him.
