The staff look after you like you're at home. The service is excellent and everything is super clean. 💯 recommended.

My husband and I stayed last weekend, and unfortunately it was really disappointing. We were charged an extra €5 a day for our tiny, very calm dog so they could disinfect the room. But when we arrived there was dust and poor cleaning, so how could we trust the disinfection? The bedside bulbs were dusty, there were tufts of dusty dirt under and behind the bed, and hairs on the bathroom floor. Towels were supposed to be changed every three days. We missed that detail and left them on the bathroom floor, but they were picked up and put on the bidet holder, which was disgusting. The bulb above the sink didn't work and the toilet seat was broken. Then breakfast: only what the owner served, no choice of croissant flavor or anything else, because portions were rationed!!!

The pool is clean and well kept, with a big relaxation area, loungers and outdoor showers. Finding a B&B with a pool isn't easy, but this one has one. The rooms are spacious and clean, especially the spotless bathroom with its fairly large, fully working shower. Breakfast is optional, simple but tasty, and the croissants are delicious. Staff are efficient and kind, and the owner is a very sweet person, enough to give you diabetes if you're not careful! I had a wonderful stay and can't criticize anything. My only complaint is that I stayed just a few days. It's definitely worth trying if you're in the area. It's become my go-to for a few days in Portopalo and around there. Congratulations!

Breakfast was simple, plentiful and delicious, with something for every palate: croissants, brioche, homemade cakes, milk, cappuccino, coffee, yogurt, cornflakes and assorted juices. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned and cleaned daily. There's a shared pool with comfortable loungers, and tables and benches on the patio for sitting outside. The garden is tidy and cleaned every day. This was a lovely discovery for a relaxing break, with the whole staff making us feel pampered through their kindness and courtesy. If I'm in Torrefano again, I'll definitely stop by this splendid place.
