The bed was good, and I slept well. But the place could do with better service and a cleaner front. When we arrived, we rang the bell and got no answer. We ended up calling the number on the plaques, and someone said a person would be there in two minutes. Once they arrived, they showed us the room, asked for the cash, and left us to it. It really is down a backstreet.

The Luana room even had a jacuzzi, and the host was very friendly. We booked two nights after finding this B&B on Tripadvisor and reading the great reviews, and we weren't disappointed. It's tucked down a narrow street behind the station, about a 15-minute walk from the centro storico, but inside it was pretty much perfect.

We only found out when we saw the room that we'd been moved because of overbooking. The replacement was an alberge next door, with a much lower standard than we'd expected, and no one had told us about the change. After a quick call, the owner agreed to a discount, but the night was still ruined for us :(

We felt very comfortable here. The people were extremely friendly and helpful, the interior was nice, and our bathroom was great too. There was parking behind the house, breakfast was good, and they had sweets in the room and lobby.

He accepted the booking but didn't show up for check-in. Instead, he called from a mobile under the fake name Razaur and sent someone else on a bike to take me to another location. I declined. I'd suggest no one book here.
