Everything was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, with Wi-Fi and a little refreshment spot stocked with a kettle, herbal teas, water, and coffee. There’s a double sink and a huge tub in the bathroom, plus the needed toiletries and a hairdryer. The towels were tied with a blue ribbon by the sink, and my receipt was on the room sofa. Giulio was easy to reach and courteous with every request. We highly recommend him!

The staff were very friendly and efficient, and breakfast was fresh and tasty, with croissants baked that day. The rooms were very clean, with a comfortable bathroom inside the room. It’s a beautiful artistic little building, literally just steps from the center and Prato della Valle.

Wi-Fi worked well, and the location was excellent. These comments are about the room we stayed in, the "Chanel Suite"; I can’t say whether the other rooms would be any different. We were disappointed to find no breakfast. We hadn’t realized it wasn’t offered, though the website did say so. Reviews mentioning wonderful breakfasts, the "Bed and Breakfast Torresino" signs and bell around the building all led us to expect one. When we asked, staff said they weren’t authorized to provide breakfast because of various fines. One girl offered to bring milk, but it never arrived. There was no staff service for cleaning the room, changing towels, or making the bed. When we asked, we were told we had to do it ourselves. We were perplexed, should we bring our own mop? The room wasn’t very clean. There wasn’t dust, but the curtains were very dirty, and pieces of plaster were on the bathroom floor under the radiator. Getting the keys from a combination lock at the start was convenient, but opening and closing the door from outside was so complicated that it took four or five minutes each time.
