6/10
The staff were helpful and nice, and breakfast was good. The hotel is generally good, but calling it a 4-star place is a joke. It's not that close to the city center, which isn't ideal. I found a bedbug under my sheets and freaked out, but the staff accommodated me and changed my room right away.

It takes about a 20-minute walk to get into town, but the location works well if you don't mind that. My main issue was the shower: the temperature wasn't controlled, and the water kept changing. It was summer so it wasn't too bad, but still annoying.

We spent two nights in a studio in a separate building beside the hotel. It had a small kitchenette that looked nice, but there were no dishes, so it wasn't much use. The fridge came in handy. I especially liked the shower and bed. Breakfast was OK, though the coffee was much weaker than what we'd had elsewhere in Verona, Modena, and Bologna.

10/10
The breakfast was a highlight, with fresh, high-quality food, and two especially friendly team members made my mornings with their smiles and cheerful manner. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and their genuine care made the stay memorable. The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a relaxing feel. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and outstanding service.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and been satisfied, but this time they've ignored my Booking.com message for days despite repeated attempts to get a response. I'll update this if someone finally deigns to reply.
