The room was quiet even though it faced the street, and the bedding was very comfortable. We stayed one night while driving through Padova on our Italy road trip, and it was a great stop. Two days before arrival, the hotel messaged us on WhatsApp. That gave us a chance to ask about parking, arrival time, and restaurant ideas. They pointed us to a nearby indoor garage for 18 euros/day. Humberto handled check-in and was friendly and efficient. We had room 4, on the 2nd floor, one of six rooms. It was spacious and nicely decorated, with a tea and coffee set, fridge, safe, large TV, desk, and strong WiFi. The shower pressure was strong, too. Breakfast came by voucher for a local bakery. We had a great stay and would recommend Casa Giotto to anyone after chic accommodation in Padova.

We stayed five nights in the XL room. It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely view of the bell tower at Eremitani Church. We had Nespresso coffee in the room before heading to a nearby coffee shop for breakfast. The included vouchers for three different coffee shops let us try delicious croissants and cookies with cappuccino or espresso. The bathroom was thoughtfully designed, with a large shower, all the amenities, and bathrobes. Casa Giotto is well placed for walking to the train station, Scrovegni Chapel, restaurants, piazzas, and all the magnificent places to visit in Padua. There was always a staff member available by text or in person in the afternoon, and there’s an elevator. It felt like a home away from home!

The room was furnished and decorated really nicely, with the feel of an apartment. It’s also an easy five-minute walk to all the attractions.

Our host was welcoming, and the location worked perfectly, close to the train and Giottos!!! Breakfast came as vouchers for three nearby cafes. The room was huge, with a playful, funky look and an enormous bathroom. I especially loved the giant sparkling star outside our window in December. Wish we’d stayed more than one night.
