We weren’t given any instructions for the parking space, and another guest from abroad had to explain how it worked. The accommodation itself wasn’t bad, but customer service was terrible and basically absent, so we weren’t happy with our short visit. We arrived around 6:30 PM and found that the toilet kept flushing and refilling even though the tank was full. We called the number on the reservation several times, but the voicemail was full and wouldn’t take a message. With no way to reach anyone or fix it, we spent the whole night listening to the toilet.

Awful service, and the place was noisy with almost no sound insulation. I could even hear the neighbors sneeze.
