The food was extremely pleasant, with very generous portions. Villa Cosilinum feels cozy, and there are lots of friendly staff to chat with. The owner is charming and likes to meet guests and check on the hotel’s quality. Everyone was super kind. Much love from Puerto Rico!!!

A roaring fire cooks the grill in this fantastic restaurant. I didn’t try the meat, but it looked great, so I’ll save that for next time. Everything I ate was delicious and interesting. One of the best meals I’ve had in Italy!

It’s a cute little hotel with a classical, very Italian feel, and the restaurant has great food and ambiance. The owners are really nice, though they speak only a little English. The hotel is small, and the rooms are too. There isn’t really a balcony. Rooms are named rather than numbered, so you have to find yours by its name. They still use physical keys, which you have to leave when you go out. I found that a bit weird.

The restaurant is a hidden gem, with a fine range of local favorites. Our room had elaborate old Roman themed decor. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to everything we needed.
