B&B Mero' Room

A warm, tidy, and very clean house. The rooms are spacious, with private bathrooms and TVs.

The owner clearly puts cleanliness, order, and the look of the place first. Our rooms, the bathroom, and breakfast room were all just right, and the staff were attentive and wonderful with guests. We didn't get to eat at the restaurant beside the B&B, but it's always full, so it seems it must be very good. The price was surprisingly affordable too. So many congratulations, and thanks for everything!

The owner deserves a special mention: she's considerate, kind, and always tuned in to what guests need. For our four days at B&B Merò, the four of us, two adults and children aged 8 and 6, stayed in the two double rooms with a shared bathroom and felt at home. The rooms looked new and were spotless, with individual air conditioning, LCD TVs, and lots of careful little details. It was peaceful most of the time. On busy evenings, though, nearby Morrice restaurant stayed lively until at least 11:00 PM. I recommend eating there, ideally midweek, but not Monday since it's closed. The location worked well for both the coast and inland trips. San Benedetto del Tronto was about 15 minutes away, along with Alba Adriatica and other lovely beaches around the Marche/Abruzzo border. Ascoli Piceno was roughly 20 minutes away, and Macerata about an hour. There are plenty of picturesque villages along the Tronto River, including Colli del Tronto, Pagliare del Tronto, Spinetoli, Ancarano, Appignano del Tronto, Monsampolo, Cossignano, Offida, and Ripatransone. The landscape there is really distinctive, and it's well worth visiting if you're in the Marche. A very positive stay, especially thanks to the owner's care and dedication. A lovely, comfortable place for a trip with family or friends. I spent a weekend here with my children and their families, and we all found it beautiful. Antonella is a sweetheart. I'll give the restaurant next door a try next time.
