Hotel Accord Le Rose

The management was very rude, even though the service staff were polite. There was no hospitality at all, and the hotel is a long way from any tourist attractions.

The beds were uncomfortable and the noise made it impossible to sleep. Our room was dirty, the bathroom smelled awful, and basic hygiene seemed to be ignored. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and seemed annoyed whenever we asked for help. Breakfast was embarrassing, with little choice, poor quality, and food that wasn't fresh. The hotel is extremely outdated and poorly maintained, nowhere near the standard it claims online. The photos are misleading and don't show what it's really like. Nothing here deserves four stars. Accord Le Rose was a complete disappointment from the moment we arrived. I regret spending money here and would never return. I wouldn't recommend it even for one night. Don't come to this hotel, and don't go on trips with Christian Tour Romania!!!

There was no Wi-Fi or phone signal, and the room was noisy. It was cramped and dark, with hair, sand, and dust on every surface. There was mold in the shower, and debris in the toilet came back after every flush. The outside of the bidet was covered in feces. When we complained, the receptionist came to look and said again that she didn't think it was feces, even though the disgust on her face was obvious. We asked to move rooms and got no compensation or apology from either the receptionist or the manager. After I was assigned the second room, I didn't ask for or say anything more, seeing the incompetence, dishonesty, and lack of hygiene at this place. I never asked for a higher category room. You are liars and dishonest people like I've never seen before.

The room was clean and cozy, the bed comfortable, and the staff friendly. Dinner took a while even though only two other tables were occupied, but the food was good. Breakfast could've been better.
