Beautiful hotel, stunning views, wonderful staff, and the food was the best. Highly recommend!

The meals were delicious and there was plenty to choose from. I also enjoyed the extra sports activities, which you have to sign up for, but are worth doing. The location worked well for us, with a shuttle to and from Palau stopping right in front. The rooms were clean, but ours had mold on the ceiling and a doorframe that was coming apart. I felt like an inferior guest at a hotel designed for Italian families. Sunbeds in the first and second rows by the sea were reserved for Italians. Most staff didn’t speak English and were among the least friendly I’ve encountered, though there were exceptions. The guys running the sports activities were helpful and always smiling. I’d call the stay very average. I expected a better experience.

The only downside is that it’s addictive. We’ve returned already and will be back again! It’s a wonderful resort in a great location, with everything well organized, from the entertainment team to the food, which is always plentiful, varied, and high quality. It’s a relaxing place for families and sports lovers, young and old. You can set up boat trips or cultural visits easily from here, though just spending time on the well-kept beach is a pleasure too.

I spent the last two weeks of July at Santaclara with my children, now nearly 16 and 18. Summer 2025 made me wonder if, after so many years, the place would feel too familiar. Instead, looking through the photos now, I’m full of nostalgia for a wonderful holiday, made special by old friends and the new people who’ve found a place in my heart. As soon as we land in Olbia, the excitement starts. We take the road to Barrabisa, a name that may mean little to others but feels like home to us, summer and memories going back to 2018. Arriving at Santaclara feels like coming back to part of myself. The team at reception welcomes us warmly, with many familiar faces, and Doris guides things with kindness and professionalism, always ready with a solution and a sincere smile. The grounds are cared for and clean, and even in our usual room the view still takes my breath away, no asthma involved. The scenery, quiet, and smells still move me. Santaclara welcomed us again with its bright colors, authentic flavors, and sunsets that stay with you. I recommend it to anyone needing a break from the noise of the world, or hoping to see their children laugh, run, and make friends under the attentive care of AIGO and its tireless entertainers, who are artists at night. Max Cavalieri’s funny shows always bring a real laugh, Andrea Moretti has a sweet presence, and Sundays bring artistic performances. The food is excellent, with maître d' Luigi and his lovely staff looking after guests. A special thank you to sports director Niccolò, always available and smiling, who patiently and warmly makes unique moments for everyone. The federal instructors at the padel, beach tennis, and beach volleyball academies share their love of the sports and get adults and children involved in fun, stimulating activities. I took the padel course and found it a real bonus. The whole sports team is professional, energetic, and enthusiastic, and makes the Santaclara stay more complete and memorable. I’m also grateful to director Giosuè Perna, who finds something new for us each year. His vision, humanity, and hard work make the place feel even more magical. He’s kind, understands guests, and does his best to accommodate them. That rare quality comes through in the small gestures and is never something I take for granted. This year several French families added to the village atmosphere. The children formed a lovely bond, readily welcoming others and spontaneously acting as “hosts,” which made the experience feel warmer and more international. Thank you all so much.

This is an Italian-style hotel aimed mostly at Italian holidaymakers. I enjoyed my stay, though after some time the food began to feel repetitive. Beach loungers near the water had to be booked ahead, and most signs with information were only in Italian. The nursery was only for Italian children. Italy is still worth a visit for its beautiful views.
