We booked two rooms for four people and our little Cockapoo, wanting somewhere near Lignano but away from the busiest areas. They didn't charge extra for our dog because he doesn't shed, which we really appreciated. Check-in with the key safe went smoothly, and communication before and during the stay was excellent. They even let us know about a small pothole, and there was water in the room. Breakfast was more than enough for us. You can ask for something warm, and they'll check how you want your eggs, scrambled, fried, or boiled. There was also ham, cheese, jam, cereal, coffee, orange and apple juice, fruit, and sweet options. It probably won't suit someone expecting an all-inclusive spread, but for a regular breakfast eater it's plenty. We'll definitely return. I can imagine the view over the vineyards and the pool are fantastic in summer. If you want to relax and unwind, this place feels like a good fit.

The pool is big enough to swim lengths, and even a lazy day beside it would be worth the visit. The hosts are great, and the countryside setting among vineyards is very quiet. It's also well placed for exploring Udine, Trieste, and the beaches. Picturesque Portogruaro is about a 15-minute drive away. There are lots of places to eat, in the villages and along the main roads, where restaurants cater to beachgoers heading home. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for two months for work and enjoyed it a lot. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very large and clean, and breakfast is very good. The owners really stand out: they're welcoming and kind, always ready with information about whatever you need, and willing to help if a problem comes up. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is in the middle of a lovely farming area, quite far from everything, and that's exactly what made it so nice for us. We enjoyed the pool, tasty breakfast, and kind staff. A very pleasant stay.

We found this place by chance while travelling, and what a lovely surprise. The modern rooms are spacious, the staff are lovely, and breakfast is a good continental one. There's a pool, and restaurants and local sights are nearby. Highly recommended.
