The host was kind and helpful, and the apartment is in a quiet spot right in the center of Palermo, within walking distance of all the attractions. We stayed three nights and were very pleased. It was clean, looked lovely, and matched the description and photos. Highly recommended.

We were sick on the first day, so we asked Brigida to move us and they put us somewhere else. Our booking was for the 6th to the 12th, but then they changed course and rented the apartment to a couple without telling us or refunding us. To me, that's dishonest, and we filed a complaint. The studio itself was a huge disappointment: they advertise two bedrooms, but it's really a living room with an uncomfortable, shabby sofa covered in pet hair. There's also a mezzanine with barely 1.60m of headroom, and the air conditioning blows at face level. Summer scam. Don't book it. I've found much better options.

The host made us feel welcome, and the apartment had excellent facilities. It's right in the city center, so sightseeing is easy and everything is within walking distance. Highly recommended for travelers.
