Franceska was very friendly and willing to help. The place was clean and nice, too.

We were a family of 14, with 7 children, and L'Antica Dimora worked perfectly for all of us. The rooms felt welcoming, had plenty of space and were clean. Their beautiful historical finishes gave the place an authentic, charming feel. The central location made getting around easy, whether on foot or by public transport, and Palermo's main sights are close by. Everything we needed was nearby. The owners were especially kind and accommodating, and made us feel right at home. They served a generous breakfast themselves, with lots of delicious things prepared with care. A very positive stay, especially for a big family like ours, and one we highly recommend.

We were a group of 16 friends, and this historic palace suited us perfectly. There’s a large dining room, and the Norman palace and cathedral are only a short walk away. You can also take a bus to Monreale. Raissa was a wonderful hostess. Thank you :)

For the price, the location is exceptional. The air conditioning doesn’t work and needs cleaning, the bedding should be replaced, and breakfast was really bad. That location is the only reason for my rating.
