We just wrapped up a 5-night stay. The apartment was as advertised, with no major issues. We did find several burned-out chandelier bulbs, and the satellite TV sometimes lost its signal, but neither was serious. On the owner's advice, we left the car in the blue spaces in the square out front. The next day there was a marker mark on a window. Police told us it meant the car had been marked as likely to be stolen soon, so we needed to secure it and protect our belongings. There is a car park under the building with lots of cameras, plus another at the entrance, which made it clear the area wasn't quiet. We could park there for €25 per day. If I'd known that this would add a considerable cost on top of the apartment and tourist tax, I probably would have chosen another option that ended up costing less.
