We had a fantastic October 2025 stay at Aquasuite. The room had been recently refurbished, and the mini pool was great. The host and Serena, who met us when we arrived, were both very helpful and stayed in touch during our visit to check that everything was okay and answer any questions.

Aqua Suite was such a magical stay. It’s only steps from Palermo’s historic old town, but the place is quiet and peaceful. The suite is beautiful, with a luxurious whirlpool, atmospheric lighting, and thoughtful amenities throughout. The service made the experience even more memorable, always attentive and there when I needed anything. I can’t wait to return!

The staff’s kindness and attentiveness made us feel like welcomed friends, and I’m leaving grateful and sure I’ll return. Aquasuite is a place to savor, not just somewhere to sleep. The room was a clean, peaceful retreat, with plush bedding, an elegant design, and a lovely Jacuzzi. Breakfast arrived right in our room each morning, a very indulgent way to start the day. The location in the heart of Palermo was hard to beat, just steps from the city’s best-known landmarks while still quiet enough to relax. We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we arrived.

Agata and Katerina were always ready to help and accommodate our needs. The Aquasuite room was clean, with a fresh design and great amenities, including a chromotherapy shower, jacuzzi, and nice stereo and TV systems. It’s close to Palermo’s historic center, but just outside the busiest tourist area, where we found some really tasty restaurants and osterie. I’d highly recommend staying here in Palermo.

Agata gave us a warm welcome and showed us how everything in the room worked. Before we arrived, we got lots of detailed instructions over WhatsApp, which was more than other BnBs usually provide. The location feels a little off the beaten path, but there’s plenty of good food and cute bars nearby, and it’s quiet. We had to head out before breakfast, so they arranged for us to have it the night before. The room was hot at night even with the air on, though I could still sleep fine. It’s a distinctive stay, and while the price is high, the spacious one-bedroom, large mini jacuzzi/pool, personal check-in, and breakfast touches make sense for what you get. My partner and I had a great time and would highly recommend it.
