The room was clean and spacious, with access to a shared balcony overlooking part of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful. Palermo Lolli station is a 10 minute walk away, so it’s possible to avoid the central station when travelling to or from the airport. The rooms are on the 8th floor, and the elevator is very small, so that could be awkward with lots of luggage. My main issue was the sound insulation. You can hear every word from adjoining rooms and the hallway. Luckily my neighbours were quiet, but I felt bad coming back in the middle of the night.

Such a beautiful space, with a really calm feel. The staff were friendly and considerate, which we appreciated as a Brazilian and Irish couple. Our room was immaculate and the beds were so, so comfortable. The fridge had delicious juices, and we grabbed a croissant or two for our early flight home this morning. Thanks to all the staff! It’s brilliantly located beside Pizzeria Biondo, try their Pizza Bronte!, and Cafe Dante, with its huge cannoli. The vintage blue elevator feels like a time warp, and the lobby has a special, mysterious Art-Deco energy. Grazie a tutti

I almost never give five stars. To earn them, everything has to be right: the building entrance, mattress firmness, location, shampoo and soap quality, minibar, recommendations and more. These guys put in the work and deserve five stars. Just two suggestions: add two wine glasses and a chair on the balcony.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location made it easy to walk to most of Palermo’s historic sights. It’s in a stylish, central neighborhood. Francesco welcomed us warmly and gave us useful tips that helped make our stay a great one. I’d highly recommend it!
