Ivan was terrific, with loads of suggestions for places to eat at any time of day and sights to see. The place is in Albergheria, handy for the historic attractions and close to Via Maqueda, with its cafes and restaurants. Our room was on the small side but did the job, and the bed was comfortable. There’s air con, a TV, a little fridge and a coffee maker. Even on a busy street, the shutters and double glazing kept it quiet. The bathroom basin is tiny, and there isn’t much room for things like toothbrushes or shaving gear. It’s on the first floor and there’s a small reception area. Lovely accommodation, thoroughly recommended.

The bus stop right outside was handy for getting to the port with our luggage, and it’s easy to walk around the old historic center or further out. The room was really comfortable, with a good bed and a strong shower. Ivan replied to messages straight away and was very helpful. He gave us a map with places to see and some great restaurant tips. The shutters do a great job blocking sound, even though the road is busy. I’d happily stay again if I return to Palermo. Grazie mille Ivan.

We had a wonderful stay, and Ivan was such a helpful host, even with luggage and restaurant suggestions. The location is excellent, and the room was spacious and very clean. Thick windows kept things quiet at night, and the bed was really comfortable. Highly recommend, we’ll be back!

Ivan was really friendly and gave clear instructions for getting in, parking and the rest. The place was nice and very clean, and you can walk to everything in the city pretty quickly. A great option for staying in Palermo.

The owner was helpful and nice, and the rooms were super clean. We were right in the city center, which was perfect, but our room faced the main road, “via Roma,” and it was pretty noisy. We kept the windows shut, so it wasn’t a problem for us. Still, it could be an issue if you need a quiet place. 🧼
