The father and daughter who own the place made our two-night stay lovely with their warm welcome. Everything in the brand-new rooms was clean and working. There’s a superb local trattoria around the corner and a cafe for breakfast. We walked to the Botanical Gardens in ten minutes, and they’re extremely good. One of the most atmospheric in Europe, IMHO.

We only spent one night here, but Rosario and Marianna were friendly and very helpful. Rosario used Google Translate. The apartment felt new and clean, just around the corner from Palermo Centrale train station, with an easy walk to the Cathedral and historical center. They also recommended a great restaurant nearby. I’d recommend this apartment.

The owner greeted us with a smile, and our room was spotless. We got a breakfast voucher for the nearby ice cream shop and had an amazing brioche there. A perfect bed and breakfast. We’ll be back!

For sightseeing around beautiful Palermo, the location worked perfectly. Mr. Rosario and his daughter were kind, friendly, and helpful hosts, and the new room and bathroom were spotless. We loved the excellent breakfast at the cafe downstairs. It was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend this B&B. We’ll be back!

We slept really well, which mattered a lot to us. Even so close to the train station and in the center, it was quiet at night. We stayed three nights at Rosario and Marianna's place and felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean, new, and nicely furnished, with a small refrigerator. Breakfast is the usual Italian coffee and cornetto at one of the two bars right by the accommodation. We preferred Bar Ciccio and recommend it. Thanks for your hospitality, Rosario!
