We felt secure getting into the B&B, with three separate locked doors along the way. A short bus ride took us to the historic area and central train station, and there were plenty of nice restaurants close enough to walk to. We especially liked Aja Mola and Osteria Sciapò. Our room was roomy, and the air conditioning worked well, a welcome change after sweating through our last B&B in Rome. Salvatore greeted us warmly and gave us a map, pointing out the main places to see. We loved Cubbaita, and it was very affordable.

The old town is an easy walk away, though Cubbaita itself is tucked away from the busy streets. It felt like a calm little haven. Everything is very modern, with lovely attention to the small details, and breakfast was delicious on the downstairs terrace. The host knows Palermo so well and is passionate about it, and even put together a local itinerary just for us. We travel a lot, and this is the best B&B we've stayed in. We can't recommend it enough.

Breakfast had lots of options and was really good. The staff were amazing at suggesting things to do around town during the day. The B&B was clean, modern, and in a perfect spot for visiting Palermo. Fantastic place, highly recommend staying here if you're in town.

For a round trip through Sicilia, this B&B could be a handy place to stay in Palermo. It's just outside the ZTL zone and has its own parking space in the courtyard, plus an elevator up to the top floor. The rooms were clean and well arranged, and breakfast was good.

The room was spotless and the price was very reasonable. The location is great, and Salvatore really goes out of his way for guests.
