For almost a week at the Great Sicily, we enjoyed the peaceful setting and lovely landlord. There’s a pool and a shared kitchen where we cooked, kept our food and had breakfast calmly. The place is quiet, with that beautiful mountain around it. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone after an idyllic spot close to the busy beach of Mondello.

We booked for that same evening at the last minute, and Federico was immediately flexible about both arrival and checkout since nobody else was coming the next day. He even let us leave our bags in the room and shower before heading out at 9:00 PM the following day. That was incredibly kind, the sort of thing I doubt many places would do. The pool and the place were great too, and Federico's friendliness really reflects the Sicilian hospitality people already know and appreciate. 🙏

We loved the little kittens wandering around the garden and asking for pets. The B&B itself was spotless and cozy, with a pool and a fantastic view of Mondello. Each morning the hostess looked after us wonderfully and served a superb breakfast, including a fresh choice of sweet pastries for dessert. One of the best places we've stayed.
