B&B Hotel Palermo Quattro Canti

The location was great, though watch out for the restaurants next door, they all seemed like tourist traps. Our room was clean and nice, apart from one mattress with a stain and hair on it. Chromecast wouldn't work, and I was surprised we had to pay for the vanity and toothbrush kits. I work in a hotel myself and found that pretty odd. Breakfast was nice, but more choices and friendlier smiles from the staff would've made it better.

We spent four nights at B&B Hotel Palermo, and the staff made the stay especially memorable. At check-in, Benedetta welcomed us warmly, made everything easy, and offered useful tips that helped us feel at home straight away. The rooftop restaurant service was just as thoughtful, and the view across Palermo from up there was breathtaking. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, so the historic sights, lively markets, and waterfront are all within walking distance. We could head out for architecture or Sicilian street food without going far. Between the location and the kind staff, it made a great base for enjoying Palermo. I'd happily recommend it for a leisure or business trip.

We spent seven nights here and found the staff lovely, helpful, and accommodating. My single room request included an open view, and the darlings upgraded me to a double at no extra cost, with a lovely view of the Fontana Pretoria. It was simple, serene, stylish, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I also enjoyed hearing the very well performed music from Cuattro Canti right next door. The city is easy and pleasant to explore on foot, with the main sights a nice walk away and limited traffic around. Breakfast was enjoyable, and that cake spread was mindblowing, though a little day-to-day variety would have helped. The top-floor breakfast room and restaurant open onto a huge terrace with amazing city views. A lovely stay.

The rooftop is the real highlight, with spectacular views that make it clear you're right in the heart of Palermo. Breakfast is worth adding too, there was plenty to choose from and enough to set us up for the day. We stayed two nights and were given a free upgrade to a larger room with a king bed and sitting area. It was clean and had what we needed, including extra towels, a safe, and a fridge. The location is ideal for downtown, with the main sightseeing spots easy to reach on foot.
