Il Girasole Bed and Breakfast

We loved how the hosts made us feel at home and were always caring and ready to help. Mrs Concetta was the best host we’ve ever had. We learned a lot of Italian, had a really great time, and got great suggestions for things to see. The apartment was excellent, with comfortable beds, rooms cleaned daily, and a huge balcony with amazing views. The property is well located, a few minutes from the beach and city center. Breakfast was delicious and fresh, with fruit and amazing pastries, and there was plenty of parking. We’d definitely come back ❤️ Grazie di tutto, Nemanja Petrovic

The hosts’ warmth and hospitality made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and they went out of their way to make the stay special. The apartment was spotless and had every amenity we could think of; daylight and sweeping views from the huge balcony were breathtaking. Breakfast each morning was a feast, with fresh local ingredients, homemade pastries, rich aromatic coffee, and beautiful fruit platters. Mondello Beach is a short stroll away, and there’s secure private parking on site, which is handy given how limited parking is in Sicily. It felt so homey, with lovely breakfasts, great views from the rooms, and little kittens around the property. The woman in charge was really caring and lovely. A cozy, super nice bed and breakfast. I’d happily recommend it and come back ☺️

The rooms were spotless and breakfast was fab, but what made it special were the owners, such welcoming, genuinely friendly people. It’s in a lovely rural spot, an easy stroll to the beach. Our hosts even went the extra mile and took us to the airport, which made catching our flight easier.
