Chiara was there at the agreed check-in time and explained how everything worked. You can reach her on WhatsApp if you need anything. The B&B is in the courtyard building, past the front building and through the gate, so it's very quiet. It's about 5-10 minutes from the train station and five minutes from Piazza Bellini, with a bus stop right outside. My room was really nice and clean, with new furniture, good AC, and fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast comes as a voucher for coffee and a croissant at a bar three minutes away.

Chiara is a lovely person, and the care and real passion she puts into running the B&B made us feel at home. We stayed from August 17th to 21st. The place is clean and well kept, and it's an excellent base for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of delicious Sicilian desserts to choose from. Highly recommended!

After a long, tiring trek along the Magna Via Francigena, Chiara's warm welcome meant a lot. She was thoughtful and attentive throughout, always ready with any information I needed. The B&B was spotless and welcoming, in a great location, and breakfast was complete and carefully put together. I absolutely recommend it.

I rarely write reviews, but this place left a very good impression on me. The staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, and everything seemed thoughtfully arranged to make guests' stays comfortable. The location is perfectly central, the furnishings are brand new, and the cleanliness was impeccable. There are tasteful details that really make a difference. Congratulations!
