The owners were really friendly, and we felt safe in the city. Great location, and the place was super clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The room was fresh, very clean, and well insulated against sound, so we slept really well. We were only there for one night and arrived before check-in because we had a trip to trapani that day. The receptionist was extremely friendly and let us check in early, even though check-in was at 12 p.m., and we could leave our bags in the rooms. We had hoped to get a massage, but the trip got in the way. It's also close to the centre, which is a big plus.

The Suite was a wonderful choice for a romantic, relaxing stay, with its own Jacuzzi tub and sauna. The hotel is absolutely superb, and the staff were both professional and personable. The massage and wellness services are well worth recommending.

A great base for visiting Palermo. The room was spotless each day, and the staff were helpful. I'd definitely recommend it.

Giorgio and Gabriella were so sweet and helpful. It's a beautiful, comfortable place in a good location, and I'd happily recommend it. Hope to come back someday.
