The owner was welcoming, and breakfast on the upstairs terrace was nice. We stayed several nights and found the place good overall. It looks like one apartment split into three en-suite rooms. There's not much sound insulation from the street, and Palermitans seem to honk around the clock. The bathroom flush is noisy too.

We got in around 1 a.m., but the landlord was still there to meet us, pick us up, and take time with check-in. They were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind. The location is hard to beat for a visit to Palermo.

Our car rental got cancelled, so we booked at the last minute and arrived just 15 minutes later. Claudio was already at the apartment to welcome us and did everything he could to make us comfortable. It has everything you need and more, including a beautiful terrace upstairs. We had a great stay and would recommend it. The breakfast at the café next door was perfect.

The breakfast and coffee were excellent, and the place was spotless. The receptionist was so friendly, too. Great location and service. I'd come back a thousand times.
