The location was fantastic, really close to Teatro Massimo. I liked everything: a large room, good AC, and a super friendly host who explained what I needed to know about Palermo. He also gave me directions to the bus stop for the airport.

Mr. Giancarlo, who runs the property, was so kind and helpful. We had a great stay right in central Palermo, with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and the main sights easy to reach on foot. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely week at BENVENUTI AL MASSIMO and recommend it to anyone going to PALERMO/Sicily. The location was excellent and everything was peaceful. Lia and João Carlos welcomed us so warmly. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and well prepared, explaining what mattered about art, places to visit, concerts, and other useful things. Breakfast was pleasant and had a family feel, always with the couple’s company. Our room was large and airy, with a private, well-equipped bathroom. The cleaning was perfect, and the linen was changed on the third day. We especially liked the delicate white sheets and the well-kept terry towels. We’re Odete and Nelson from Lisbon, Portugal.

Joncarlo answered all our questions and gave useful advice, and we especially thank him for that. He’s educated, loves his city and island, and knows Sicilian cuisine very well. The private accommodation is in the center, so all the main sights are within walking distance. The room was clean, with a separate shower and toilet, air conditioning, and a TV. Water and coffee were free.

Mr. Giancarlo knew the city well and was helpful and kind, with good suggestions for things to see. The property is well located and very clean. From the welcome through checkout, the courtesy and service were exemplary. Everything was perfect. Congratulations, I highly recommend it!
