The owners were so kind and helpful, and gave us great tips on places to visit and eat. I felt right at home. The apartment was clean, welcoming, and very well cared for, with the sea just steps away. I had a really enjoyable weekend, and it was also easy to explore the city on foot. I'll definitely come back.

From the first moment, the people managing the apartment made me feel at home. The interiors were tastefully furnished, everything was clean, and they had paid attention to what guests might need. The little house was beautiful and exceptionally well kept, with a peaceful feel and a spectacular sea view practically right outside. I loved staying at Bleu Bijou Apartment Palermo and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place in Palermo. I'll be back.

The beautiful surroundings and the apartment's proximity to the sea were the only real positives for us. We left a night before our booking ended and won't return. There was only one window, with frosted glass, so the place was extremely dark and felt like a bunker. The rooms were freezing, and the street beside the building brought a lot of noise. The neighborhood also felt very dodgy. People urinated outside the door, and there were parties outdoors on weekends. Hygiene was very poor. The floor was dirty, with hair and crumbs, and there was grime in the corners and on the cabinets. It didn't look dusted at all. The coffee machine still had water from the previous guest, with visible buildup in the tank. We didn't want to use it. The advertised jacuzzi was the only place to wash, since there was no separate bathroom. Showering in it was awkward. It was in awful shape, with broken plastic parts, a missing jet, and disgusting deposits behind it from old standing water. We didn't use it. The toilet seat wasn't screwed down, and the floor was uneven and gave way. The worst problem was the damp. Even with the air conditioning and exhaust fan running constantly, water condensed on the bathroom tiles and pooled on the floor. Towels wouldn't dry, clothes got wet, paint was peeling, toilet paper fell apart, and the kitchen cupboards where the dishes were kept smelled moldy. After two nights, we were coughing badly. The apartment seemed to have had only a superficial renovation. After our long trip, we arrived around 11 pm on the first night, and the owner immediately charged us an extra €30 for late check-in, though this hadn't been mentioned in advance.

Valentina was so kind from the start and made my husband and me feel at home. Our stay was lovely, and the room was charming and spotless. A little oasis where comfort, hospitality, and cleanliness really matter. We'll definitely come back. Thanks so much!
