We chose the non-refundable booking in February 2020, before COVID broke out, for a summer holiday that never happened because of the virus. The owner wouldn’t refund us or let us move the stay to another date. If we’d known COVID was coming, we’d have picked a refundable option, but who could have predicted it? It wouldn’t have cost anything to offer us a different date. A shame to lose customers this way, and really rude.

COVID meant we couldn’t fly for our holiday, but the host wouldn’t let us reschedule and basically kept our money. If you can’t make it, they’ll ignore you and you’ll lose what you paid, so I wouldn’t recommend booking here in the near future. Very disappointing.

Casa Gravina made my 50th birthday trip even better. Palermo is a fantastic city with so much to experience, and Gisella, the owner, made me feel at home. Thanks to my friends for the gift, and to her for such a lovely stay!

We spent a long weekend in Palermo with friends in a lovely apartment. It had every comfort, plus a few extras, and was well placed for exploring, with all the amenities right nearby. Our hosts were very kind and helpful. Thank you!

A weekend to remember, and Casa Gravina will always be my choice! Mrs. Gisella was so kind and helpful, and the house was wonderful in such a great location. Thank you for making Palermo even more lovable ❤️🙏🏻
