We wouldn't come back. The owner didn't respond to our Booking messages, the aircon cover was missing, there were mosquitoes, and the shared areas smelled strongly of cleaning product. This is very much a budget place. If you're after somewhere near the centre with nice accommodation and a clean, functional room, this isn't it. It was booked under my partner's name. I've been here.

After I got locked out of my B&B at 1 in the morning, this was the only place that answered my call. The woman who helped me was so sweet. The place is affordable, spotless, and really comfortable. Next time I'm in Palermo, I'll book here without a second thought.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were so kind. It's in an easy-to-reach area, too. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a pleasant stay, and breakfast in the kitchen with toast, jam, and coffee made it even nicer. The staff were kind and helpful, and the price was excellent. The place is comfortable and clean, in a quiet area with restaurants, pizzerias, and other amenities nearby. Politeama is an easy walk, and the metro is close, too. The sheets were fresh and clean, the AC, fridge, and TV all worked properly, and the bathroom had cotton pads.
