The owner was welcoming and kind, quick to reply to messages, and easy to reach. She even gave us a small welcome gift. The apartment is laid out really well and has tasteful modern decor, with everything we needed, from kitchen utensils and a coffee machine to bathroom and bedroom supplies, including feminine and masculine toiletries. The bedding was very comfortable, and it felt like home. There’s also a washing machine and storage area. Palermo is easy to explore from this location. Breakfast is at a café a few hundred meters away, with fresh, delicious products. Highly recommended.
