Really cozy place, close to the beach and shops. Our ferry from the mainland was delayed, and it was pouring rain, but Rosa and Antonio stayed in touch with directions and met us at the door at 130am. Best hosts ever. After three nights, they drove us to the airport, 30mins away, at 7am. Best of the best in Mondello for sure.

This is unfortunately my first negative review, after staying in the area and at various local properties. The place has a great location and a lot of potential, and the demand seems to be taking advantage of that, given how close it is to the sea. The people handling guest reception were exemplary, but I can't say the same about the owner. It felt more like a survival home than a vacation rental, with no real comfort. There were only towels when we arrived. There was no cleaning kit, the sofa bed was broken, the TV didn't work, there was no WiFi, and the kitchen items and outdoor furniture were unusable. By the end, only the bedroom could be used. I asked for an accommodation as a disabled person, but that wasn't granted. I'm disappointed given the daily rate. I've attached photos, and I hope this review prompts them to make things right. I'll try again in the future. The location is good, but not for the price asked.

It's a large room for rent, close to the sea, but the cleanliness and interior finish are poor. At most, it's a base for a day or two. Nothing more.
