In the morning, have a cup of coffee while looking at the city from the window. You can take a walk and explore the neighbourhood area of the hotel. Places nearby: Cathedral of Palermo, Palace of the Normans and d'Orleans Park.

Elisabetta was so friendly and gave us useful tips about the city, including restaurants and clubs. The apartment is tastefully furnished, with spacious, bright rooms, and sits just steps from the main attractions and shopping streets. Even so, it felt like a peaceful retreat. The price was very affordable for the quality. This charming B&B made for an unforgettable stay in the city center, and I’d highly recommend it to couples and families.
Elisabetta was incredibly kind and made us feel at home at B&B Sabbenerica. We had a kitchen with what we needed for breakfast or a quick lunch, though we usually went out for traditional Sicilian food at the nearby restaurants, which were excellent value. The apartment was comfortable, with clean rooms and two bathrooms, and the area was quiet while still central. The Royal Palace is just steps away and the Cathedral is nearby; Via Maqueda and the Ballarò and Vucciria markets are about a 10-minute walk. We explored Palermo easily with our 7- and 9-year-old children. We’ll definitely return!
Elisabetta was always available to see if I needed anything. The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, and well placed near the cathedral and close to the train and bus station. A fantastic place to stay in Palermo. Thank you, Elisabetta!
The place had everything ready for us, including cooking supplies, a washing machine, and all sorts of detergent. We didn’t need to buy anything. There was water, salt, sugar, spices, coffee pods, a teapot, different teas, chips, peanuts, and even pasta. Elisabetta was wonderfully welcoming. The apartment was even better in person than the photos, though I’d had doubts when booking until the reviews reassured me. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the historic center and about 15 minutes on foot from the station. If we come back to Palermo, which I hope we do, we know where to stay. Thanks again!
My sister-in-law and I were able to explore Palermo easily from this centrally placed apartment, between the Cathedral and the Norman Palace, with the subway only a few minutes away on foot. Casa Sabbenerica (Vicolo Gesù e Maria) was quiet, carefully maintained, and equipped with every comfort.
